Delivery Charges
- Orders under £20 (after discounts) are charged at £3.99 for delivery
- Orders over £20 qualify for free delivery
Delivery Instructions
If you have any specific delivery requests (such as leaving your order in a safe place), please include these in the notes section at the basket page before checkout.
Order Updates & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. On the day of delivery, our courier will contact you via email or SMS with a 1-hour delivery time slot.
If needed, you will have the option to modify or reschedule your delivery time to better suit your availability.
